ABOUT

History:
Lashbrook was founded in 2000 by Eric Laker. The company is named for Eric’s great, great grandfather, Lashbrook Laker. Lashbrook was born in 1835 and emigrated to Utah when he was 15. Here at Lashbrook we try to foster the pioneer spirit of our ancestors and other great pioneers. Their example of fearlessness in the face of the unknown leads us as we strive daily to innovate and to overcome preconceived limitations. We started with just a handful of styles that were finished in Eric’s garage. It has now progressed to tens of thousands of style variations produced from scratch in our state-of-the-art facility.

Who We Are:
Lashbrook is a manufacturer and designer of men’s wedding bands. Lashbrook employs over 80 of the best technicians, artists, customer service, and marketing specialists in the industry. We practice lean manufacturing which puts us at the forefront of manufacturing philosophy and technology. Lean is based on the principles of waste reduction, high quality control standards, and constant improvement. We use the principle of constant improvement (or Kaizen) to make daily changes to the way we make our rings. This also spills over to a culture of improvement in all other business practices and in the lives of our employees.

Metal Info:

Black Zirconium
Black Zirconium is typically used in medical applications and nuclear reactors. It is perfect for jewelry because it creates a lustrous black layer when it is heat treated. This layer makes the ring very scratch resistant and allows us to create amazing two-toned styles. Black Zirconium offers the highest design versatility of any performance metal.

Camo
Lashbrook creates Camouflage jewelry licensed by Mossy Oak, Realtree and King’s Camo. You can choose any of 35 camo patterns for your ring. Camo inlays can be placed in any of our metals, in virtually any style and finish.

Carbon Fiber
Lashbrook Carbon Fiber rings use structural, solid Carbon Fiber – a material with one of the highest strength-to-weight ratios of any product ever created. This material is produced locally and used in applications ranging from Formula 1 racing to the aerospace industry. The Carbon Fiber is available in black or silver, and can be inlayed in any of our metals, styles, and with any finish.

Ceramic/Tungsten
Combining ceramic and tungsten gives your customer a great two-toned look with the ultimate resistance to scratching.

Cobalt Chrome
Cobalt Chrome is a lustrous hypoallergenic metal. This bright white metal has a nice heft and will stand up to wear and tear. Cobalt chrome is beautiful and versatile which allows us to create stunning classic or contemporary styles.

Damascus Steel
Damascus Steel is a unique blend of up to 120 layers of two different types of stainless steel. These layers are forged together to make a beautiful, durable band. This ancient metalworking skill makes a one-of-a-kind ring you’ll love. Damascus Steel has extra artistic value, as no two rings are alike. Lashbrook offers a classic Damascus Steel pattern and four custom patterns.

Diamonds
Titanium – flush, bezel, channel, bead, and tension set Cobalt chrome – flush, bezel, channel, and bead set Zirconium – flush, bezel, channel, and bead set Damascus steel – bezel set only Precious metals – flush, bezel, channel, and bead Metals.

Hardwood
Lashbrook hardwood rings are virtually water resistant and available in many colors. The infusion process used to produce our wood product gives it the density of brass and it can simply be buffed and polished. No stain, lacquer or other sealant is needed. Hardwood rings can be made in any of our metals.

Meteorite
Lashbrook uses authentic Gibeon Meteorite from Namibia, Africa. Gibeon Meteorite holds a special classification as a fine octahedrite, due to the distinctive crystalline structure visible on the surface of the metal called Widmanstatten lines. This pattern varies slightly in appearance from piece to piece and may contain natural characteristics or "inclusions" which makes every ring unique.

Mokume Gane
Like Damascus Steel, Mokume Gane is an ancient metalworking process that creates unique, swirled patterns. Where Damascus Steel utilizes two stainless steels, Mokume Gane uses precious metals. The name “Mokume Gane” is Japanese for “wood grain,” as the precious metal tends to mimic patterns in nature.

Precious Metal
Virtually every style we offer in performance metals can be made in precious metals: 14K, 18K, white, yellow, or rose gold, palladium or platinum in every price imaginable.

Titanium
At Lashbrook, we use aerospace grade Ti6Al-4V Titanium to make all our Titanium bands. This grade is more than twice as strong and twice as hard as typical commercial Titanium rings. We offer more than 50,000 styles in Titanium alone. Titanium is the perfect choice for light weight and heavy strength.
