How do I get an accurate ring size?
*Please note: If you are not used to wearing a ring, then it is likely everything will feel too tight to start. It is helpful to remind yourself that you won’t feel the ring on your finger after a few weeks of wearing it.
Many people make the mistake of thinking that the ring should easily slip over the knuckle. Remember that the ring does not sit on the knuckle, rather it sits below it, so sizing a ring to simply slip over the knuckle will cause it to be too loose. If it is too loose, it could possibly catch on something or even fall off and get lost. We ask that you size your ring using the “Bend and Twist” method.
If you try to take the ring off by pulling straight back over the knuckle without twisting it, the ring will catch the skin and not give an accurate size. You’ll find the right ring size for your ring if you feel a bit of “resistance” in taking off the ring.
Keep temperature in mind. Fingers can fluctuate throughout the year, swelling during the hot and humid summer and shrinking during the cold and dry winter. If your fingers are slightly swollen or cold, make sure you bring your hands to room temperature before trying on the sizers.
Take diet into account. Alcohol consumption and salt intake can also cause temporary fluctuations in fingers. Many people will even notice a difference in the way their rings fit after eating a particularly salty meal.
Consider the width of the band. Very wide rings can be less comfortable to wear because they take up more space on the finger. The ring “size” is the same, but it feels tighter because the ring is wider.

How long do your rings take to make?
Each ring is made to order using authentic materials (no fakes or knock-offs here!). Because of this, a ring can take as much as 1-3 weeks to make. If you need the ring sooner, we do offer a rush service for $50. We will accommodate rushes whenever possible, please call us at (888) 252-7388 for availability and scheduling.
Can you do personal engravings on rings?
Rings without sleeves or inlays can be engraved. You can choose your engraving options on the ring builder.

Do your rings come with a Warranty?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If there’s a problem with the ring that was from our original manufacturing, then the ring is covered for life. Pretty simple.
Do you accept returns?
Sometimes things don’t work out quite the way you expected, and that’s okay! Here is what to expect if you change your mind about your Lashbrook ring. You have 30 days from the time you receive the ring to return it for any reason; however, we make each ring to your exact specs/design, so a restocking fee does apply. With The Protection Plan- it’s just 25% of MSRP, without- it’s 50%.*
If 30 days have passed since your purchase or your item has been damaged, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet our policy requirements. If the item is damaged, we will reject the return/refund and will send the damaged item back to you.

What is your resizing policy?
Sizing refers to needing a new ring size for any reason – usually because you are now happily married and have gained some weight. To be eligible for a size exchange of any kind, the Lashbrook sizers must be used to size your finger as part of the purchase process (Accurate Ring Sizing). With The Protection Plan, the first size exchange will be free (because we’ve been there too) and future sizing will cost the same as without the plan- 30% of MSRP. To be eligible for size exchanges, the original ring must be returned.*

How are your rings shipped?
Our standard United States Shipping method include USPS, FedEx and UPS. Standard shipping averages 3-5 business days depending on location from Utah. Express 2-day Shipping is available as an upgrade option during checkout for $12.95. All rush orders get express 2-day shipping as part of the rush fee.
Where is my tracking number?
Once your ring is ready to ship and be picked up by our shipping carrier, you will get a tracking number sent to your email you used at checkout. Please allow 24 hours minimum for your tracking number to update in their system. If you did not receive a tracking number, make sure to check your spam or junk folder in your email. Also, make sure to check the correct email account you used at checkout. Many people have two or three accounts and can sometimes forget which account they used. If you still did not get a tracking number, chances are your email address was entered incorrectly at checkout. Please email customer service to have your email updated and your shipping confirmation email resent to you! For any other inquiries, please email us at email@example.com.
What is the comfort fit?
Lashbrook’s ‘comfort fit’ design is not alone, but unlike many others in that the smallest part of the ring is at the very center of the band. Our ‘comfort fit’ design is easier to slide over the knuckles than the typical ‘standard fit’. There is also less irritation between the skin and band because of the shape of the ring. It is for these reasons that we’ve chosen to produce designs with a ‘comfort fit’ for our rings.
How do I remove your rings in an emergency?
Any ring can be removed in an emergency. It does not matter what metal the ring is made of. Most rings will have to be cut off. To remove your ring, you will need a special cutting tool, ring cracker, bench vice or vice groups. Most emergency personnel have one of these tools.
Can I cancel my order?
Customers can cancel their order if they request to do so before their order is shipped. With The Protection Plan- a 15% of MSRP restocking fee applies, without- it’s 30%. Once the order is fulfilled and on its way, we cannot cancel an order and the regular return process will be required.
Can I change my order?
For customer security, we cannot add extra items to an order that has already been placed. If you want to add extra items, you will need to order them separately. If you are needing to update your address or email on an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (888) 252-7388 to make the change. Please be aware that if you order has already been fulfilled, address changes will not be able to be corrected. We highly recommend double checking all info entered at checkout.

How do I care for my Lashbrook ring?
Regardless of the metal/materials used in the ring, all Lashbrook rings should be treated as fine jewelry and should be removed during harsh activities to avoid scratching. It is recommended to avoid prolonged exposure to water and chemicals. All Lashbrook rings – except for meteorite rings – can be cleaned with regular jewelry cleaner. Meteorite rings can be cleaned with soap and water. All touch-ups or refurbishing should be sent to us (refurbishment).
