Size Exchanges

Sizing refers to needing a new ring size for any reason – usually because you are now happily married and have gained some weight. To be eligible for a size exchange of any kind, the Lashbrook sizers much be used to size your finger as part of the purchase process (accurate ring sizing). With The Protection Plan, the first size exchange will be free (because we’ve been there too), future sizing will cost the same as without the plan- 30% of MSRP. To be eligible for size exchanges, the original ring must be returned.*

Exchange Procedure

In the event that your ring requires a size exchange, please email us at website@lashbrookdesigns.com for an exchange authorization. Once authorized, we will email you a merchandise exchange form. The original ring must be returned before the replacement is ordered, and the customer will be responsible for payment of the return shipping charges and the shipping for the newly sized ring (unless covered by The Protection Plan). Return shipping and shipping for the newly sized ring are required up front.

Processing Your Exchange

  • Indicate on your merchandise exchange form what items you are exchanging and give us some feedback if you’d like!
  • Pack your item(s) and return slip into the shipping envelope.
  • Drop your package at a USPS or FedEx location.

Lost/Stolen Claims

If you lose your ring, the ring is stolen, or the ring is accidentally destroyed (we’ve seen it all), we’ve got your back! Just cover the cost of the deductible- 20% of MSRP- and we’ll replace your ring (hopefully before anyone notices it was missing). No coverage applies without The Protection Plan, which would be sad.*

Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order if they request to do so before their order is shipped. With The Protection Plan– a 15% of MSRP restocking fee applies, without- it’s 30%. Once the order is fulfilled and on its way, we cannot cancel an order and the regular return process will be required.

Returns/Refunds

Sometimes things don’t work out quite the way you expected, and that’s okay! Here is what to expect if you change your mind about your Lashbrook ring. You have 30 days from the time you receive the ring to return it for any reason; however, we make each ring to your exact specs/design, so a restocking fee does apply. With The Protection Plan– it’s just 25% of MSRP, without- it’s 50%.*

If 30 days have passed since your purchase or your item has been damaged, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet our policy requirements. If the item is damaged, we will reject the return/refund and will send the damaged item back to you.

Return Procedure

In the event that your purchase does not exceed your expectations, please email us within 30 days of delivery at website@lashbrookdesigns.com for a return authorization. Once authorized, we will email you a merchandise return form. The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges.

Refurbishment

If you ever want to shine your ring back up, buff out some of those old scratches, or replace your hardwood inlay you’ve been a little too rough with- we’ll refinish the ring and bring it as close to new condition as we can. The cost is $20 with The Protection Plan, $50 without it.*

Lifetime Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If there’s a problem with the ring that was from our original manufacturing, then the ring is covered for life. Pretty simple.

Production Lead Time

Each ring is made to order using authentic materials (no fakes or knock-offs here!). Because of this, a ring can take as much as 1-3 weeks to make. If you need the ring sooner, we do offer a rush service for $50. We will accommodate rushes whenever possible, please call us at (888) 252-7388 for availability and scheduling.

Engraving

Rings without sleeves or inlays can be engraved. Engravings can be as simple as a personalized message and as complex as unique carvings, patterns, fingerprints, soundwaves, etc. You can choose your engraving options on the ring builder. We reserve the right to reject any custom engraving text that uses offensive or discriminating language.

Shipping

Our standard United States Shipping method include USPS, FedEx and UPS. Standard shipping averages 3-5 business days depending on location from Utah. Express 2-day Shipping is available as an upgrade option during checkout for $12.95. All rush orders get express 2-day shipping as part of the rush fee.

Payment Options Accepted

All major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) are acceptable forms of payment.

The Protection Plan

With The Protection Plan, we’ve got you covered. For a small fee of just 8.23% of the MSRP, you will be covered for one free size exchange and lost/stolen protection as well as be eligible for discounted rates on refurbishment, cancellations, and returns.

*MSRP is defined as the current manufacture’s retail price (that’s the price you’ll see live on our website). Prices fluctuate over time, especially with precious metals. Shipping and Handling charges apply.
